Personal Training Services

The Endurance Athlete (EA) Program is a distinct program that focuses on building muscular endurance. EA training is $125 per month for two, 75- to 90-minute sessions a week. Sessions integrate load-bearing and body-weight exercises that focus on building strength, stability, and mobility. All ability and experience levels are welcomed and accommodated.
